Manolita Farolan

manolita

Manolita Farolan writes poems on home as the source of imagination and alienation. Although firmly rooted in the tropical garden of her Philippine childhood, the mountains and lakes of Switzerland, the gentle hills of the Mandement, are her landscapes too.

In Geneva, Manolita sneaks time away from her patients, and her devoted cat Benjamine, to sit at her computer each morning and stare at the blank screen.
